My parts arrived yesterday.  Very fast I thought, thanks.
Just wanted to let you and everyone else associated how great I think you all are.  You have been nothing but helpful, your prices are fantastic, and at least so far have had what I wanted.  Last but not least you're Pittsburgh folks.  I am originally from N. Huntingdon.  Been here in NC for 18 years but I'm still a Steelers fan.

I placed my first order (electronically) with Zanotti Motor Co. Inc. on August 15th and within hours received notice from John that my order could not be completed due to some part shortage. I was informed in the e-mail that the parts would be ordered and depending on supplier availability, would be received and shipped within 4 to 6 days.Well only three days later I received a e-mail stating that my order has been shipped! Unbelievable customer service! I will definitely be a return customer and recommend Zanotti’s to all the bikers I know.
