1). Just because the part number shows up on the web site doesn't necessarily mean we have it in stock or its available. For urgent orders please email before ordering and we can check status.

2). How long does it take to get your order ?
If in stock, orders are shipped within 24 hours and you'll receive an email stating in stock and being shipped. You'll later receive an email from UPS with a tracking number as long as a valid email address is entered and your spam filter is turned off.
If the item is not in stock, it normally takes 4-6 working days to get the item(s) to us than we ship it to you. If the item(s) is on back order from our supplier than we will email you. Harley painted parts can take up to 6-10 weeks.

4). Harley incorporates their sizes with their part numbers;

5). If a Harly part number doesn't come up, that usually means that it changed to a newer number; examples: 34901-94B changes to 34901-94C. So try using a letter or the next letter up. A to B or B to C or C to D

6). You are charged on your credit card as soon as you place the order on-line. If an item is discontinued or back ordered and you want to cancel, you'll receive a full refund.

7). We can't get Buell parts, Batteries, Frames, or Engines

8). Ignition switches and locks orders require a separate email with either the key # or Vin #

9). Speedometer orders require separate email with mileage.

10). Freight is subject to change if item is in an over-sized box. We will email if order requires additional charges for freight. Also if multiple shipments requested, additional freight may be required.
